Dear Colleague,
We are currently preparing an application for the establishment of the KAIST InnoCORE Digital Health Research Center, and we are pleased to invite outstanding prospective postdoctoral fellows and near-graduation Ph.D. candidates to express their preliminary interest in joining our program. If selected, the Center is scheduled to officially launch on June 1, 2026, followed by formal recruitment through an open and competitive hiring process. At this stage, we are collecting Letters of Intent (LOIs) from highly motivated researchers who are interested in applying in the future.
The Digital Health Research Center aims to develop core technologies for chronic disease prevention, early diagnosis, and lifestyle modification through:
- POCT and wearable sensor platforms
- Multiplex and digital biomarker discovery
- AI-driven digital health systems
- Physical AI-based lifestyle intervention technologies
Our Center operates as a top-tier postdoctoral training program, featuring:
- Joint supervision by multiple KAIST faculty members
- International mentorship programs
- Collaborative guidance with leading research teams at major domestic universities
- Strong support for independent research and career development
Successful candidates will be appointed as Postdoctoral Fellows with an annual salary of approximately KRW 90,000,000, along with competitive research and professional development support.
Please note that submitting this Letter of Intent does not constitute a formal application. It is intended to indicate your preliminary interest and help us identify potential candidates in advance of the official recruitment.
